Large flat head "Pro-Stock" style buttons have 0.406 in. Shank Diameter, 0.750 in. Head Diameter, and 1-3/8 in. rivet hole spacing. Accepts C73-500-10 tabs with C73-515-10 springs.

How to Measure Dzus Button Grip Length
Grip length is measured from the button rim surface in contact with the surface of the panel (A) to the actual fastened point of the spring (B). Button diameter is (C).

Pro-werks self-eject quarter turn dzus fasteners are ideal for applications where it is beneficial to retain the fastener on the panel after the buttons are released. The integral spring assists in lifting the fastener, keeping it elevated for quick re-assembly, and the special two hole mounting plate retains the button to the panel.
When possible, simplify your assembly by using common length buttons to accommodate material thickness stack up, adjust the installed spring height for desired tension.

What are Dzus Fasteners?
The Dzus fastener, also known as a turnlock fastener or quick-action panel fastener, is a type of quarter-turn spiral cam lock fastener often used to secure skin panels on aircraft and other high-performance vehicles.
Dzus fasteners are also used to secure doors, and plates that require frequent removal for inspection and servicing. These fasteners are unique with their "over-center" design, requiring positive sustained torque to unfasten. Any minor vibration disturbance to the fastener will tend to correct itself rather loosening.
These specialty turnlock fasteners are available in different styles and sizes, and are typically referred to by a manufacturer's trade name. Some of the most common are names used are Dzus, Camloc, and Airloc.
