Do you need faster delivery?

For guaranteed  Next Day, 2-Day or 3-Day  delivery, please call our friendly sales team Monday through Friday from 9-5 ET at 231-873-9252.


Know your shipping costs with our FREE and Flat Rate delivery options.

FREE or Flat Rate offers are available for single shipments to retail customers within the contiguous 48 United States.

  • Only $10.99 for shipping on eligible orders with a subtotal from $0 to $49.99.

  • Only $13.99 for shipping on eligible orders with a subtotal from $50 to $174.99.

  • ALL Items can earn FREE shipping on eligible orders with a subtotal of $175 or more.

Carrier and service type will be chosen by Pro-werks on any order shipped by FREE or Flat Rate delivery. Please provide your U.S. Postal-specific address if it's different than your UPS address.

 

Factors that determine your shipping cost:

   Delivery rates, if any, are determined by the size and weight of your    
   package, service type and destination. You may select your delivery
   method of your choice during checkout.

 

Arrange your own shipping:

When arranging your own carrier for delivery, leave a message in the shopping cart Order Notes field and choose "Pick Up" as your Shipping Method during checkout. We will contact you to complete the process.

 

Delivery within the United States:

 Our package delivery carriers within the United States are UPS and   
 Post Office Mail
.

Some service options may not be available to all areas.  

 

  Heavy and oversized shipments may be delivered as Truck Freight.
  We will notify you if your order must be shipped by truck.  

 Truck delivery is 2-14 business days in continental United States.

 

 
We ship orders to APO, FPO and DPO addresses using the Post Office.

Our package delivery carriers for U.S. Territories are UPS and Post Office Mail.

Some service options may not be available to all areas


If shipping to a United States address for pickup or freight forwarding, UPS, Post Office Mail or Truck Freight may be used.

 

Based your order contents and location, you may be responsible for additional duties, taxes or customs fees that are not represented in the Invoice total. These potential charges are imposed by the destination territory and collected by the carrier prior to delivery.

 

Delivery to Canada & Mexico:

Our package delivery carrier for Canada and Mexico is UPS including UPS Standard ground service.

Some service options may not be available to all areas.



If shipping to a United States address for pickup or freight forwarding, UPS, Post Office Mail, or Truck Freight may be used.

Delivery to all other countries:

Our package delivery carrier for international orders is UPS.

Questions that may come up after you receive your order:

Was something damaged or lost?

Inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery and have driver record any damage or loss. All damage or loss claims should be made directly to the carrier. Save all packaging for carrier inspection and notify us of your damage or loss claim within two business days.

Did you receive more or less than ordered?

Please report any incorrect, missing or extra items to us within two business days of receipt of the order.

 

Do you need to make an exchange?

To expedite the exchange process we simply ask that you place a new order for the correct item(s) before returning your original item(s). Please contact us to initiate your exchange.


Do you need to schedule return?

Products in original, saleable condition may be returned for a refund of purchase price minus shipping costs within thirty (30) days of purchase. A return goods authorization (RGA) is required and all eligible products are subject to a 20% restocking fee unless an offsetting order is placed. The original invoice must accompany all returns. Special order and custom built products are not eligible for return. 

Any product not returned in original condition will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
