Questions that may come up after you receive your order:Was something damaged or lost?
Inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery and have driver record any damage or loss. All damage or loss claims should be made directly to the carrier. Save all packaging for carrier inspection and notify us of your damage or loss claim within two business days.
Did you receive more or less than ordered?
Please report any incorrect, missing or extra items to us within two business days of receipt of the order.Do you need to make an exchange?
To expedite the exchange process we simply ask that you place a new order for the correct item(s) before returning your original item(s). Please contact us to initiate your exchange.
Do you need to schedule return?Products in original, saleable condition may be returned for a refund of purchase price minus shipping costs within thirty (30) days of purchase. A return goods authorization (RGA) is required and all eligible products are subject to a 20% restocking fee unless an offsetting order is placed. The original invoice must accompany all returns. Special order and custom built products are not eligible for return.
Any product not returned in original condition will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
